Tracking number of our items are: cp000221174et & cp000221165et. The items have been sent early April. We've not been delivered the items till now. Neither we could track the current location of the items. What went wrong with Ethiopian Postal Service? Who is accountable for the lose or delays of our items. I sent a time sensitive package with a tracking number EI771356205US from the USA to Addis Ababa on February 20, 2013. According to the tracking records, it arrived on February 28 and unsuccessful delivery attempt was made the same day. The tracking records show that no other attempt was made in almost 20 days. What I do not understand is the package has the receiver’s cell phone number and it was sent to a POBOX. Moreover the receiver is asking for the package with no success. Is there anything that I should know so that I will contact the post office in here?

I will be sending a great deal of mail to Ethiopia, particularly to Addis Ababa area, in the near future. The mailing addresses I have been provided with do not seem to be complete. What do Ethiopian addresses look like? Are there no street address numbers? What is the necessary information I need in order to ensure the mail will reach its destination? (ie. postal code, full name, etc.)

I've been your customer for 25+ years now. despit appreciable service in the past, recently I'm confronting with some problems of delivery of messages. Currently I'm living in Arsi Negelle town, West Arsi Zone, Oromia Region. Since 2007 or so I haven't been receiving more than 75% of my message, specially from abroad. On the 24th May I sent from Norway a little parcel with mango-cream. This parcel has not yet reached the receiver in Assela. Needless to say it should not take that long time, and you may just keep it. Try harder to make parcels reach the adressee. It should not be necessary to believe parcels will be stolen just because there is no tracking on them, and therefore the fear being caught. Way to go!!

Very very bad postal service which is not honest,not on time, lair.I recommend people not use the EMS. I have a mail from Ethiopia with tracking num. ea0006289666et which suppose to delivered 1 week before. but the lazy EMS fail to do so.Even now no further info. on the tracking web rather than "preparing to,an ship" and the time on which i want the mail was passed because of the EMS.I would rather say EMS is Emergency Mail Sinker!!
